FOR FIRST-TIME CLIENTS

During our first session, we will discuss your individual needs. This will allow me to tailor our sessions to your goals and desires. In the the latter part of the Initial Session, you will gain insight into my practice, followed by an Introductory Meditation Session.
Whether you're looking to increase wellness, build self-confidence or reduce stress, these Meditation Sessions will deliver fast and effective results.
